Quality management is an important aspect of making sure a facility is meeting their requirements of care, and adhering to the standards, they accept as part of being a health care institution. No facility is exempt from interdisciplinary meetings, which are solely performed for the greater good. Such meetings occur often within the senior care sector of health care, known as family-type homes for adults. These meetings are an amalgam of quality and risk management, to help keep elders safe, and keep these centers running.
